At Country Waste Management we recognise the importance of recycling to create a sustainable future and this belief drives us to recycle as much of your waste as possible.
We have invested heavily over the last few years to continue to be at the leading edge of recycling technology. We are passionate about reducing the waste from our skips and with our State of the Art Recycling Facility we consistently recycle in excess of 90% of the waste that we process - a figure that is fully audited by the Environment Agency.
Our Trommel System separates the soil and stones before lighter material is blown off the sorting line. The waste then passes on to a conveyor belt and various components are separated manually and then a magnet is used to remove metals resulting in high quality materials for recycling.
We are also committed to reducing our road emissions by investing in a new fleet of skip lorries, all of which meet the strict Low Emission Zone standards. Our plant continues to be updated to ensure we are operating environmentally efficient machinery.
